Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our human hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once the hair has been opened, unpackaged, or unraveled.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will only be accepted if the hair is damaged upon arrival and caused by us.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, should an exchange be approved. We will provide a return label via email, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Numbers: If you are returning an item for an exchange, you must provide a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Exchanges will not be processed until the returned product is received.
Please ensure the product remains unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
