Delivery & Shipping Information
• Pre-Order Items: For pre-order products, the delivery time is indicated per item and typically ranges from 5-7 working days. These items are custom-ordered, so delivery times are based on product availability. Once your item is ready to ship, your chosen shipping method will be used.
1. Order Changes: Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify it. This includes changing the delivery address, shipping method, or items in the order.
2. Verify Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: After your order ships, we no longer have control over the delivery. If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, please file a claim with the shipping courier.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders marked as “Delivered.” If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office to open a claim.
5. Tracking Numbers: Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
